Chart Talk has two pricing tiers: Standard and Gold. The Gold Tier offers website integration for patient payments, on-line appoinment booking, unlimteted SMS and email appointment reminders in addition to features of Chart Talk to run your business.

Software Licensing
In Chart Talk, users with NPI numbers or that schedule appointments for themselves in Chart Talk are licensed users. All other staff that require logins to Chart Talk do not require a software license.
Monthly cost per licensed user –
Standard – $195/mo for the first licensed user + $25/mo eash additional licensed user
Gold – $270/mo for the first licensed user + $35/mo
