In 1999 Chart Talk was created to give chiropractors an easy interface to use speech recognition software to document their patient encounters. As Chart Talk grew, so did the demands of our users. Where Chart Talk excelled at documentation, we chose to build interfaces with over 15 different billing softwares. When doctors would complete their documentation, they could click a button and create a claim in their billing system.

In today's healthcare system data analysis is key. Programs like MIPS and the Quality Payment Program (QPP) from CMS require reporting that incorporates patient demographic data, billing information, diagnosis, reading from vitals, and completed documents to generate structured and coded reporting.
