In June of 2011 Procare Chiropractic started using Chart Talk for documentation and demonstrating Meaningful Use of an Electronic Health Record. Initially, Dr. AJ liked that Chart Talk made dictating his patient encounters right into the computer a snap. Dr. AJ still likes to keep his notes succinct and encounter specific by dictating.
